How does the free tier work?+
Sign up, start chatting. You get a batch of free credits to try personas, the vault, and memory — no credit card needed. When you want more — cheaper LLM credits, more storage — upgrade to Plus or Pro, or top up credits any time.
What does Plus or Pro unlock?+
Same product on every tier — personas, vault, memory, people, SEEK. Plus and Pro stretch each dollar further on LLM credits. Pro adds extra storage for heavier vaults and longer conversation histories.
Why a subscription if I also pay for credits?+
Think of dequid as the layer on top of the LLM, not the LLM itself. The subscription pays for the layer — personas, vault, memory, and SEEK. Credits pay for whatever LLM you consume through it. Two honest line items beats one bundled price you can't reason about.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — from your account settings. You keep your plan through the end of the billing period. Any credits you already bought stay in your balance and continue to work on the Free tier.
What about the Mac app?+
The Mac app is local and bring-your-own-key — it runs on your machine and you connect your own LLM provider keys directly. It's currently in private beta. The web app is the hosted service with the pricing above. Use either or both.
